We now have a new president-elect: Sen. Barack Obama. We will see you at the inauguration when President Obama will be sworn in as President. Change we can believe in.

Running Mates

Dem. Nominee Sen. Barack Obama chose Sen. Joe Biden as his running mate. Sen. John McCain, the Rep. nominee chose mayor Sarah Palin.

The Two Nominees

The two candidates for president have been chosen. Leading the Democratic party Sen.. Barack Obama. And leading the Republican Party Is Sen. John McCain. On Tuesday, November fourth the election will begin. Until then each candidate must choose a Vice president to run for office.

All we can do is still wait.

The Beginning of the Final Step

The Republican party has made their decision. The candidate representing their party is Senator John McCain. Hillary and Barack are still battling while advancing down the road of become the elected candidate of the Democrats. All we can do now is wait for one to be chosen and the nation will decide the rest.

The primary season has left us with only four candidates, Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama are the only remaining democrats. And with the rebublicans we have Sen. John McCain and Gov. Michael Huckabee. It is a very long journey to the White House and only two candidates will remain by November.
